Terms of service

Authorized use

You may connect only accounts and data you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your team, proposal content, client communications, and compliance with Upwork policies and applicable law.

Proposal submissions

WorkLedger requires an explicit approval and confirmation before a configured MCP write tool is invoked. You remain responsible for reviewing the final terms, rate, answers, and cover letter.

Account security

Do not share Google sessions, MCP tokens, or Upwork credentials. Each team member must use an individual login. Agency owners are responsible for assigning and removing roles promptly.

Availability

The service depends on external providers, including Google, Upwork, hosting infrastructure, and configured MCP servers. Features may be unavailable when those providers change or interrupt their services.
