Information we process

We process the Google profile information needed to identify you, agency membership and role data, Upwork operational data connected by your agency, proposal drafts, approval history, and security audit events.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide the agency workspace, synchronize authorized Upwork data, enforce bidder access, submit proposals after approval, and maintain security and audit history.

Credentials

WorkLedger does not store Google or Upwork passwords. Google handles login. Remote MCP access tokens are encrypted at rest and are available only to server-side integration code.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by hosting, database, Google authentication, OpenAI, Upwork, or MCP providers only as needed to operate features selected by the agency. Agency owners control member access and may request deletion subject to legal and audit retention requirements.
